The committee will be responsible for evaluating proposals for outside agency funding for County general fund allocations based on the following criteria:

• Alignment with the agency’s mission and its effectiveness in controlling costs for County departments
• The extent to which County funding is leveraged to secure external funding sources
• Additional public support, including the value of tax-exempt property and/or City funding
• Other fundraising efforts

Committee members must be available between May 22 and June 12, with availability during the week of June 1 being essential for agency presentations to the advisory committee.
